Looking at that, it is not related to Chickenbones at all. That is your java acting up, how much RAM are you allocating to your game?

Get 64-bit Java, and don't go allocating more than 4 GB of RAM.

Yeah, inside the bin folder, there is a file called "modpack.jar" which needs to be renamed to "modpack".
