You zipped the folder containing the required folders. You should directly zip the required folders. Current situation: .zip -> Subfolder -> Required folders. Necessary situation: .zip -> Required folders. Oh btw, your bin folder contains the natives folder, a minecraft.jar and a version file, remove those. Also, rename the modpack.jar to just modpack. Otherwise, that isn't going to work out as well.

That config file got corrupted. Replace it with this file, it is the same config file, but not corrupted. This prevents your battletowers from going strange. Make sure to delete the old config file.
