Shameless copypaste: It appears you're running an Intel iGPU that has issues with Java 8 past version 60. You will need to downgrade your current Java install. Please follow the instructions below. 1.) Completely close the Technic launcher. DO NOT skip this step. 2.) Download: http://javadl.sun.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=98428 3.) Run the Java installer called: jre-8u25-windows-x64.exe that you just downloaded 4.) Follow the on screen instructions of the Java installer. Stick with the default settings. Click next or accept for each screen. 5.) After the Java installer has finished installing Java. Start up the Technic launcher again. 6.) Click on the tab called MODPACKS at the top of the window. 7.) Click on the button that says Launcher options in the top right of the window 8.) Click on the tab called Java settings 9.) Click on the dropdown called Minecraft Java Version 10.) Click on the option called 1.8.0_25 64-Bit 11.) Change Memory to a value between 2 GB and 6 GB. DO NOT allocate more than 6gb. 12.) Attempt to launch a modpack. DO NOT update Java 8 again as updates past the one you were just provided will not work with your system and cause crashes.

Close programs. Restart computer. Don't have a gazillion programs open at the same time. Add more RAM. Like, the error message doesn't state your total RAM, only that you didn't have it available.

Yeah, you'll need to see if you can still update your intel drivers (intel driver assistent, do not use windows driver update for it) and you'll have to downgrade java back to 8u51.

Your crashreport starts after the actual error report. Please don't make it smaller.

You'll need to install 64bit java (https://java.com/en/download/windows_offline.jsp). Then select 2-3 GB RAM in the launcher options > Java settings.

Why are you necroing a year old post with your own issue, which is of your own making since you started the minecraft server, not the forge server. You got a vanilla world now.

Sorry, I was recently informed that its the optifine installer. Regardless, you need to use Forge 2847 (for 1.12.2), 2443 (which is for 1.12 amd yes that makes a difference).

300-400 ms of latency isn't actually that insane, nor should it be causing disconnections. That's what usually happens at 2-3 seconds (2000 - 3000 ms) of latency lag. How do you know its the latency? What server are you trying to connect to?

The idea of tracert is checking what the route is between you and the server you are trying to connect to. This might give you an idea at what point the connection starts having issues.

Are you absolutely sure you downloaded the right Forge? The forge you included is this one: "forge-1.12-14.21.1.2443". Like, that's not even the right version for the version of optifine you included (and I should add, I have no fking clue where you got that particular one. Certainly wasn't from the optifine site).
