    Do you only have a intel cpu with intel HD graphics in your laptop? Or do you happen to have a dedicated gpu in there as well. No, the version.json has absolutely nothing to do with this. I wish it was just white so people stop quoting it all the effing time.

    Yes. Did you remove the older version of CoFHCore that was already included in the modpack? CoFHCore-[1.7.10]3.0.3-303 (1), to be exact.

    So which versions did you include? Did you check the version's forge requirement vs the modpack's included forge?

    Looks like that's a botched attempt to make a curseforge modpack into a technic modpack. Forge has not been included in the bin folder.

    This modpack requires manually updating CodeChickenCore to the latest version. https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/codechickencore/files/3293859 A dependency used to be downloaded automatically by the version included, but that download broke. Ultra Modded Survival is a community made modpack and was never updated to fix this.

    This modpack consists of a random assortment of mods and forge installers for minecraft 1.7.2, minecraft 1.7.10, minecraft 1.8, 1.9 and 1.12.2. This will never ever work in this format.

    I installed this pack and had no issue starting it. Provide your technic log file. Use pastebin.

    I'm just going to leave this here, this has nothing to do with the launcher and everything to do with Microsoft being crap.

    Took about 5 minutes, of which one was spent reading your log, the next minute googling advanced compasses and checking the version against your included version, then moving to the issues page, then another 2 minutes reading the issues there and finally the last minute posting the relevant issue back on your two threads.

    Microsoft: Doesn't care much if you have Minecraft Java Edition or Minecraft Bedrock Edition (Formerly Windows 10 Edition), also the cheaper version of the two. Technic: Only takes Minecraft Java Edition.

    Please either provide the modlist or the modpack itself. Minor edit: Is Optifine a clientside only mod again nowadays?

    Just leave it. The negative value pauses at about minus 2^31, but the internal value goes further. If it takes 5 seconds to reach the visual value, it would take 681 YEARS to reach the internal value before it errors out on that. It shouldn't be taking this long, however, as the modpack in the screenshot is just over 100MB in size.
