[noob] all new maps are "empty" (no structures) worlds
miniboxer replied to badfeet's topic in Hexxit Discussion
You are launching with tekkit, not hexxit. -
I really hope if solar is reimplemented, they look to real life solar power, IE, most of the work is done by mirrors. This has a couple of forms, the notable ones being curved mirrors with oil tubes attached directly to them, where the mirrors heat the oil, which then flows to boil water, and the other being large amounts of mirrors surrounding a tower with oil at the top, which is once again heated and used to produce steam.

No, don't use optifine, it causes a lot of problems, which is why I was asking
-
Are you using solder?

Install java 64 bit.

[Beta] Python script to fix block-id collisions
miniboxer replied to wassname's topic in Mod Makers Market
Something to note that is not stated in the OP is that you need the module NumPy, so you need to have it either manually installed or have some form of SciPy. -
need help with making tekkit classic server
miniboxer replied to black hero's topic in Server Op Swap Shop
This whole thread gave me a headache. You really shouldn't be hosting a public server if you need to be walked through every step. -
TL;DR, OP is literally Hitler.
-
You log in to the technic launcher with your normal minecraft account.
-
Why would you want it running slowly? They never explode.
-
That's why. Railcraft recently added a pointless feature that breaks vanilla features. You can disable it by setting the block id called hidden in the config to 0. The feature has been known to break multiblock structures from other mods, and vanilla features, such as pistons, and nether portals, and the maker of Railcraft refuses to fix it claiming that it is the things being broken are the problem.
-
That doesn't work anymore since client and server were merged. Type /seed.
-
All I see here are either matters of personal preference, or you bitching about things that are caused by your doing. "RALLY DIM DURS? I ALWAYS GET STUCK IN LIMBO BECAUSE I'M AN IDIOT, SO IT'S A BAD MOD."

[Beta] Python script to fix block-id collisions
miniboxer replied to wassname's topic in Mod Makers Market
Certainly going to be trying this once I have access to my gaming rig. Currently on vacation. -
Not the same kind of parachute, won't work for that.
-
On vacation in Montana. Bricked my laptop while updating. Why.
-
I was sad to see it leave too, but I would rather ditch it while you can before you get stuck with worlds you can't update when the project dies. Convince your cousin to buy a cheap microphone and walk him through the new mods. Have some fun with it. As for Treecapitator, do you have all custom axe ids bound you'll.
-
Uh, no, could you imagine how destructive that would be on servers? It would pretty much only be useful for map makers anyways.
-
Why do you want IC2? Everything that it did is replaced by other mods with much better equivalents. Even mass fabricators are replaced now with the laser drill.
-
But we do need help! How do we defeat the final boss of technic? I tried using my technium sword, forged from vis infused lava found in the thaumic chasm dimension for double damage, enchanted with Boss Killer XXIV, but the sword broke! Could you have any insight on how to defeat this awful menace?

Why can't people connect to my server?

25565 udp needs to be forwarded also. -
Oh my god, I can't stop laughing. That is such a cleverly hidden troll. For all that don't get it, this is what a six sided block would look like.
-
That accurately describes most regulars on these forums. There are a few genuinely nice people, but most, including me, are assholes. The only reason this community works is by being a coalition of assholes with similar beliefs.
-
...could I have a link to your solder repository? You may have done something seriously wrong. Each mod zip is like a tiny custom pack with only the one mod in it.
