He's talking about running the launcher with its files somewhere else than %appdata%; in this case, an external harddrive. He wants the launcher to save and run from that external harddrive and not in %appdata%. Taking out the .techniclauncher folder and placing it into a USB and placing it on another computer isn't what he's talking about.

Does something on the transmutation say Fuel? Because you can only transmute fuels to fuels and matter to matter. You can however break this rule by using a Klein star. Simply put the klein star in the left slots and the klein star will suck up all the leftover EMC. If you take out the klein star again and put it back you can transmute the pure emc in the klein star to fuels or matter.

1. look if the computer sounds are ON? 2. check if the soundboxes are correctly connected to the computer, working properly and ON? 3. look at the minecraft menu options of sounds are ON Also, sometimes the sound just stops, atleast at me it happens, but then it runs fine again after restarting the game.
