That's not what we do. You could ask the developer of NEI to include a feature like that but I can safely say that is probably months of thankless work if not impossible. Leaning toward impossible because it would mean that he'd have to write information for every block in the game and in every mod that exists.

They shouldn't because it wont ask them to update until we change the recommended build. They will only be asked to update if they have their launchers set to "use latest dev build" in options.

This is not a case of bad "inglis". "pls" is not the result of a language barrier. A spell check would have taken care of at least the spelling errors. This is a case of being a very lazy person. Not only is your "bug" thread not in the bug board, it doesn't use anything close to a proper format and gives exactly zero useful information that anyone could use to solve your problem. I am usually very forgiving of people who apologize when English isn't their first language, but those people usually are making an effort. You are clearly not. Take a vacation.

Did you update your java? You shouldn't have to use the jar if your OS is windows. Unless its different for XP. We've got no way of checking.

There's no harm in having 32 installed as well as 64 bit. Most people do. You DO need up to date java however, as outlined in the common problems and solutions thread.

There is one of two possible problems here that I can think of. AVG is still blocking it, which may be it but maybe not if you were able to download the packs. The second is it's a java issue which seems more likely. Without a log we can't say anything for sure. There "should" be a log. If you've installed the pack and run the launcher there should be at least something in the log folder.
