Glad to hear you'll still stick around. The new modding section could use more people helping others learn to mod. I can for sure share your sentiments. Technic wouldn't have existed if not for the poor anti-community attitude of a lot of people. Have you considered doing a mod from scratch and refusing to put copyrights and things like that? It would be nice if a trend started of people making mods and not caring what people did with them as long as everyone was enjoying them.

I really don't think they would mention Technic by name no. It was most likely just included into their libraries or whatever. But you've said something confusing here that you'll have to elaborate on. Que? You may be trying to use the launcher very very incorrectly.

You got rid of AVG right? Running two av's can cause serious issues and even be a security risk.

Avira was blocking it for a while. Recently it was removed from the list due to user reports saying it was ok. I don't know much about Avira but you may have to go to the site and get something or other. Until then try turning off your antivirus and giving it another go.

SDK dropped forge support, pretty much making that mod incompatible with everything. Someone did a remake or something but it's even more huge and bloated then SDK's was. People don't get that sometimes less is more.

He moved onto in his mind a better analogy before he was probated. Apparently we're a cozy popular diner that gives out free chicken but doesn't cook it! Seriously, go back to the General Tekkit SMP board and reach for the new thread button like you had to do to post this, then STOP and look at the top of it and all the stickies. Anything...JUMP out at you? Three or four threads telling you how to set up servers perhaps? Going to take a guess and say your server probably wont get very far.

The other artist was Cranberry but she did a thing and no longer does comics anymore. They lost a lot of "staff" over that retarded peva drama. I gotta say though, I'm not sure how much of a "loss" it really was overall. They've started some kind of weird e-grudge community using the yogiverse url peva took with him, but it's a pretty useless and boring site. Oo cool, I can hang out with a bunch of kids who get worked up about internet shit over teamspeak. Sign me up!
