The only issue with doing that is that (like I said) most of the time the problems are different. Thus a fix for the OP won't work for you or vice versa. By posting your own report, you will get personalised help for your problem.

OP: are you using the jar file for macs?

What you just posted was a STATEMENT. To pose a question be sure to use a question mark (?) What I posted was a statement as well. Statements can end with either a period/full stop (.) or an exclamation mark (!)

Questions generally end with a question mark (?) when written. When spoken they are characterised by a slight upward inflection in the askers voice.
