  1. What bit operating system are you using? and do you have the matching java?
  2. Post in the bug section, you even used the correct format... (Almost)
  3. Then don't steal someone else's thread... Make your own. 99% of the time its a different issue and all you do is confuse the people trying to help the OP
  4. Not the same thing at all. Don't post useless replies, make your own but only after reading http://forums.technicpack.net/threads/common-problems-and-solutions.10851/
  5. If you consider rule breaking a power then I would agree.
  6. No need to delete it as I don't actually know for sure. I just wanted to point out that what works for one person might fuck up someone elses comp. What you found may actually be a fix. I simply added a disclaimer :)
  7. Be careful with this guys. It may have worked for you but I'm 99% sure that it was either a fluke or (more likely) you have a 32 bit comp and were running Jave 64 bit.
  8. Then make a bug report. Just posting on someone else's post to say "Yah brah, mine is broke too fix it plz" is of no help to anyone.
  9. Post on the bug report he submitted, that will allow other people with the same problem to find a (hopefully) solution there
  10. Is your comp 32 or 64 bit?
  11. what AV are you using?
  12. Don't triple post, use the edit button.
  13. just click on this link: http://forums.technicpack.net/forums/tekkit-bug-board.13/ Then click on "Submit a bug report" Follow the instructions Done
  14. It would really help if you just posted this in the bug section using the bug report format. That would give me the necessary info to tell you what is going wrong
  15. It is for bugs...
  16. Well there is the bug section but that can't be it...
  17. sackboy338 wont post in the right section please help :(
  18. Ummmm why would you have two versions of Java? Uninstall the one that you don't need and try again.
  19. Tell your friend to post here. Is he incapable of doing it himself? We can help better if we don't have another person who could possibly garble the message
  20. COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS sticky. Pssst. it is meant to be greyed out. Due to an issue with Forge, you need to manually remove mods by going into the folder/modpack.jar. This has a high likelihood of ruining your saves and/or Technic Launcher...Not my problem
  21. Yep Also, are you stalking me!?!?!?!
  22. Yes, there are a few guides around here just try using the search box and you should find some informative guides. One thing to note is that any mod that normally goes into the minecraft.jar should instead go into the modpack.jar.
  23. Use the search bar at the top of this site. I guarantee you will find the answer. I also know for a fact that your answer is contained in the COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS sticky. Read that.
  24. It was removed because the dev (Pudding Hux) has been gone and (IIRC) has stoped updating the Yogbox. Onto your very long post... First, the darkness beckons is part of the minions mod. In the Yogbox it has been tweeked so that to activate the mod and summon minions, you need to find a special item in one of the dungeions. When you find that the M key will bring up a popup with more info. Duncan is likely playing an older version of the Yogbox, you can "downgrade" your version by selecting "options" in the Launcher and then "Use manual build" then selecting an older version from there. (Try either the recommend build or the on just above that as Duncan is using minecraft version 1.2.3) Finally, as I stated, the Yogbox developer has stopped updating/supporting the Yogbox. Thus the pack will never be updated (until PuddingHux comes back [doubtful]) thus the only was to "update" it is to manually install the newer versions of the mods yourself.
