And is that log after your tried all of that? Your issue is your Java bit. Your computer thinks you have Java 32 bit. You need to uninstall all Javas, install the correct one and then restart your comp.

Your log says you have 32 bit java still. You need to make sure you uninstalled any other Javas you have. And then restart your comp.

It is a very common term on the internet and as I said at least 2 times, if it happened in normal minecraft, these are the wrong forums. Even if it was a Technic issue, posting your own bug report gives us important information about your setup and allows the OP who took the time to post his own report to get help. It isn't fair to the OP to divert attention away from his issue. Bugs are almost never the "same thing".

No need to be rude... OP your Java looks to be a few updates behind, update that and then follow the link ubique posted.

If you have an issue that also happens with your normal Minecraft it is not something we can help with here. Also, you should probably stop threadjacking bug reports. If you have a bug with the Launcher then post your own report. If it happens with Normal Minecraft, it is not a launcher issue.
