you have been given your answer. the launcher source is available on git hub, you are free to download it and edit it to your heart's content. most people here are not intimately familiar with the launcher source code, because there's not a lot of reason to be. it's not on us to find the functions that do what you want for you, or tell you how to change those functions to get the result you want. you are going to have to man up and get into the code yourself. there's a link to the launcher source on the technic pack website even, so you won't have to look far. good luck.

I already told you, his question was answered in the very first reply. no one with half a brain enjoys people asking questions that are so easily answered by google that it's not even funny. if the OP cannot even navigate the simplest and most straightforward search engine in existence to find a well known and popular file, he probably doesn't have the technical knowledge to be installing his own custom mods. if he can't do the simple things, there's no real hope that he'll be able to do the "hard" things like locate his minecraft install, or open a .jar file properly to add things to it not to mention resolving block ID conflicts. the people on this forum are willing to help, but they won't do all the work for you. the response he got was far from hostile, and probably nicer than he deserved.

here's the thing, the first post was a more than sufficient answer to his question. any reasonable person can take those instructions and successfully install the mod. additionally, we're here to support the pack as it is, and if people want to answer some questions relating to adding other mods to the pack then that's great but it should not be expected or relied upon. change stuff at your own risk.

as far as I know, this isn't something the launcher can do. however, it is open source and on git hub, so you are welcome to add this functionality yourself. it may even get implemented into the main branch, who knows?

mods aren't the server police. this server post isn't violating any rules that I can see. "being a draconian overlord of the server you own and operate" isn't against any rules, and considering the way we moderate around here, I don't really think that's going to change. the report feature is for people breaking the forum rules, not hurting your feelings or banning you from the servers they run.
