https://github.com/essentials/Essentials/downloads make shure you use 1.2.5 compatible one 2.9.1 or 2.9.2 just put the files to your plugin directory and check the command list for usage
-
turn on fake user, and remove the block break permission, same with RedPower,Computercraft
-
so basically i type my commands to you via skype, gtalk etc, and u copypasta it back? Thats sounds reasonable. Why don't you create a user, so your 'client' can log in via ssh, and do whats neeeded, for example i monitor my consol when im not sleeping, so you would copy it for me 16 hours in a day, that is just wicked. Even if you install mcmyadmin, that would make it mutch easier.
-
Manager != Maker, also if u would take a second, you would read the comments, what all say it's not working

be carefull with spigot, its generating assync errors for me, bont know if its a plugin, but it's killing my server random times, so i went back to cb++
-
can you pastebin your startup? also what version? forestry is not in 3.1.2 the conflicts are normal, forge will assign an other id to the conflicted items
-
use dyndns, or some similar stuff, so it can auto update
-
any errors, what they see? there is no usable info in your post, also its not really tekkit related imho
-
yes, like auto stack, growth optimalisation, light fixes, etc both cb++ and spigot, jut make shure you use the correct one, i can post links later when i'll get home, but you can find it if you google tekkit cb++ or tekkit mcpc spigit from spigotmc.org Huge TPS increases Optimized growth, decay and chunk ticking Optimized, auto merging itemstacks and experience orbs. Disabling of random light updates Spamguard exceptions Customizable whitelist deny message Configuration options for command logging Configurable message on server stop Restart command Automatically stays up to date with latest CraftBukkit changes

Reached end of stream in console spam??!
MrKekson replied to DoctorSLO's topic in Server Op Swap Shop
Not shure, but imho peoples have your server on the browser screen, or some sites tracking your servers status. -
So the copy and paste works fine with tekkit ( not with rotation, but thats not the Q ), but the restore from backup, or the schemes did not, its say a block can't have negative id. anyone managged to make it work, or are there any patch/work around for this. i need it to restore stuff, what coreprotect can't handle.
-
tekkit restrict is not a bad plugin, its pretty new, so it has bugs, but the coder fella working on it, and there are nice improvements, use 0.96 or 1.09 both working for me without any problem, no lag, no insane cpu usage, and it's a must if you have ee, since every damned item in ee is bugged somehow ( dupes, not proper bukkit block break, crashing srv etc. EE is the worst coded mod ever, hope its improved in ee3, i love the tools in it tho ), also the tpic command can tp you to places where are a number of items lying around, so you can fid lagfactoryes easely ( previously i had to monitor logins to see who created the lagfactory, and then wonder around to find it, you can imagine if its underground with near 0 fps, 10000k item was the max i've encountered ) also try craftbukkit++ or mcpc spigot, both work like nolagg, but doing it mutch better
-
use protection plugin like towny or residents etc, and put it in a closed room, or build around it
-
New at this, a few simple questions, if you don't mind
MrKekson replied to JunkyPic's topic in Server Op Swap Shop
nonno, spigot mcpc is better (crashing with 3.1.3, but i'v got 4 tps wit .3 and cb++ so something is horribly wrong), also i recommend tekkit restrict 1.09 with /tpic you can teleport to crapsiller factoryes and turn them off/destoy them and i also use lagg clear, with auto cleanup above 3000 items, alltroug it wont solve the spillages, just clear it up, but you need to find the itemdropper craptory anyways to stop it -
What s better, Setting up my own server, or renting one?
MrKekson replied to Arrow816's topic in Server Op Swap Shop
but do consider bandwith, a big factory can take up to 300k/s ( 2500 kbps ) for one user! its like 100-150 k on average, so 10-15 users would eat up any assymetric net nowdays imho aso where you want to host it? i mean continent? oh, and tekkit do need a very stron cpu, not so mutch ram,( im using 2GB with dynamp + 10 users ) atm i'm terting spigot mcpc, witch is kinda multithreaded, so can use more than 1 core, so i recomment it, wit 3.1.2 -
hmm, with spigot on 3.1.2 i had 20 tps with 10 players, cb++ same after the update 4 tps with spigot, login timeout cb++ starts at 20 tps than going down to 0
-
Pushing java process onto a different core.
MrKekson replied to Djinnii's topic in Server Op Swap Shop
spigot mcpc are multicore optimized a bit, you can try it, if im right atm just the plugins/mods, and later every world will have 4 thread + 1 assync thread, is works like a champ for me with 3.1.2 will try it with 3.1.3 later -
what was the problem? i hate it when someone got some problem, and when he finally solve it, say nothing about the solution..
-
i've checked it it's in kbps not kbit/s standing still 7-15k ruinning ~50k small factory/quarry auto processing 100-150k bigg ass factory with crapload of items 250-320k just
-
im done some measurments, bukkit++ 9 chunk view range: all in kB not kbit (multiply with 8 for kbit) all factoryes are rp based, 100+ items on the move standing still, with no movement 8-10k/s running on normal speed, 50k/s standing in a small factory 100+k/s standing in a gigalagfest factory 220-310k/s so 1mbit can even handle 1 person in a big factory 310k/s * 8 = 2,5 mbit/sec this factory would throw you out in like 2 seconds after start, with stack owerflow

Hello there thread necromancer! What does the ban has to do with BC++?
-
never heard about it, are you using some restriction plugin?
-
or get a proper firewall, and see what is taking that port, also a bastebin of your log would be nice, its maybe some plugin trying to use the same port, and crash your startup
