Maybe if you tell us why you want to remove it, and not simply ignore its existence, we could help you.

I like to think of it as Slender; the first time is scary as hell, but soon it just gets plain annoying.

Allocating all of your RAM to Tekkit is a bad idea, and you really don't need that much. try halving the amount and see how that works.

My god, I shit you not, he's right. Oh! Glorious Day! Edit: source

The threads stuck to the top of the section.

There's an edit button for a reason. But your java appears to be up to date, then. I would suggest posting your log next, you can find out how in the stickies.

Google is your friend. Find your java version.

10 reasons why you should not play Hack/Mine
nedned2k replied to mehsaysthesheep's topic in Hack/Mine Discussion
1. Some people like difficulty. 2. Noobs can go play something else. 3. RPGs don't suck. 4. Profit would actually be a reason to play. 5. I fail to see how it ruins your life. 6. That might not be true. 7. ... 8. That's not a reason. 9. See #1. 10. KTHX. -
How to create redpower-like bundled cables
nedned2k replied to mehsaysthesheep's topic in Mod Makers Market
Good luck with that.... Actually, no, I'm not even going to be sarcastic here, there is literally less than zero percent chance of you actually doing that, let alone before Eloraam releases RP. You need to learn java, then you need to learn how to mod minecraft, then you need to spend months trying to figure out how Eloraam in her infinite wisdom managed to do something. Judging your patience by your lack of effort in making this thread, you'll be lucky if you can make a dirt to diamonds mod. -
Computercraft password and username problem
nedned2k replied to MyNameIsGuzse's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
You never told the program to ask for an input. before you compare the input to a string, you need to put "input = io.read()" and instead of "read = ("*")", you want to ask for input again, with a * showing for each character, so you need to put "input = io.read("*")" Also, may I point out that "~=" mean "does not equal", if you want the door to open only if the username and password are corrent, you need to put "==" rather than "~=". -
Just a thought, since we can't read minds, neo, perhaps you should include more information, such as pictures or even descriptions of why you think it isn't working, so your problem will be taken seriously.

Well let's see, it's a Tekkit server, so maybe the section labeled "Tekkit Bug Board" would better suit this problem.

Woah, don't get all angry at me. If it seemed I was insulting you, I wasn't, only giving you advice. And I do know the answer, you need to update java; that will most likely fix the problem. Please do not pull another stunt like this. I would suggest getting a feel for how these forums operate before posting again.
