Server Crashes and won't start without low memory

Okay guys so I was trying to run my Attack of the B-Team Server out of the box when I got this error:    

So I decreased the amount of memory until my start.bat file looked like this:

@echo off
title Attack of the B-Team
java -Xmx1G -Xms1G -jar BTeam.jar nogui
pause

(I added the top 2 lines)

 

After doing that it started and instantly crashed. Here is the link to my log file: http://pastebin.com/awJjpeKZ

I am hoping that you guys can help.

You need to add Lexmano's Legacy Java Fixer to your /mods/ folder.
