Help! i cant unzip my custom modpack!

so im having trouble with my modpack... whenver i go to install it it says: Error unzipping a file for the folowing pack: pooforthemother attempting to extract file pooforthemother-1.0.zip, but it did not exist. please consult the modpack author..

it says it immideitly when i press install.. i think the problem is when i go into my %appdata% and into .technic and into modpack and i select my modpack all the folders are in it but theres nothing in the folders? idk whats the problem... if you need a link to the modpack or whatever link just let me know. this is my first modpack ive made and i did the turtorials and nothing seems to be working? HELP!!! (btw the name is poof or the mother not poo for the mother) (plus all names are taken)
