tekkit launcher not oppening mod pack

So I downloaded a mod pack from i Brazilian youtuber but i can`t open it. Whenever i try, the mojang box just stays black for 4 min and after that it says "installing mods" and after that it just closes it self. I`ve leaving it there for 30 min straight but the thing didn`t seem to work...

(and yes, the mod pack is a quite popular mod pack with 6000 users)

please help !

packs not made by Technic team doesn't belong here in Bug Reports. Ask help from the brazilian guy who made it
