iv updated my graphics card and java and reinstalled the mod packs and the launcher several time please help.

How about some context? What's not working? Which custom modpack is this in regards to? What specific behavior are you experiencing?

Use a pastebin service. Attachments don't work here.

ok i get into the launcher i go to tekkit pack and click launch it then loads the bar and just stops it opens mine craft for a fraction of a second and yes the modpack is installed and iv reinstalled it and gotten m,y freind to give me his  tekkit folder aswell.

You need to increase the memory allocation in the Launcher settings. If you are unable to increase the amount beyond 1G then you need to install 64bit Java. Never allocate more than 4G of RAM or half your physical RAM, whichever is lowest.
