still need help

most modpacks lag even on lowest settings still stay exactly at 25 to 30 fps even small ones now and my pc aaint that bad

Post your PC Specs.

 

Go into Start Menu and type in dxdiag and hit enter. On the system tab, down the bottom hit the "Save all information" button. Out of that text document just copy the first "System Information" section and the top part of the "Display Devices" section up to "Current Mode".

(Please not all of it, that's a very big document)

 

Or, use another program that you like/know of.
