How to make a server package for custom modpack

Hi,

I've had a custom modpack out for a while, Mechanized Magicks, and want to make a simple to use server package where users can easily set up a local server, like every popular modpack has. I have premade config files that need to go into servers being made so the client and server align but I simply have no idea how this is done. Please help?
