Honestly, if you can't try these three mods out yourself or go to their web/forum pages to check for compatibility, then don't bother asking. Also you seem to be afraid of modding due to some mysterious indecent that occurred with your Vanilla Minecraft, what exactly is the worst thing that could happen if you used trial and error to figure your own question out?
