Tekkit Legends, Multicraft status problem

Question

Hi,
I tried to setup my server in multicraft and sadly, I couldn't figure a way to fix this annoying problem
this problem isn't about the setting of the modpack, everything is just fine it's all about multicraft and how it gets that the server is actually up
it gets stuck for some reasons in loading mode which disable the chat but the console works fine
here's the logs

to save your time from reading it the server is fine, but it won't show up in multicraft for some reasons that I don't know
the modpack isn't the problem as it seems, and cauldron.jar and kcauldron.jar had the same problem too, it seems like it only happen with 1.7.10 mc as I made a B-Team server already and it works fine
I know what happen with cauldron, but it doesn't explain why multicraft is stuck in loading mode.
I have few things I haven't tried which it's the conf file in multicraft jar
as I have no idea where to get it and how to set it up as I haven't tried it before
so any ideas?

I've had that problem too. I fixed it by buying more RAM

Buying more RAMs won't fix a multicraft problem, as the server works fine and it only needs 4GB RAMs at least
I think this is not the right place to ask about this issue

You say that doesn't fix it. I try to fix it, thats how it works :D

Allright, first things first. The error in your log is the following:
The world 370d2070 (world) may have leaked: first encounter (5 occurences).

 

So this means some mod screws up the unloading of your world, if you have a shady mod in your modpack that alters these kind of actions, try to remove it.

I found this too:
You can fix this by making sure the worlds never unload.

  1. Start server
  2. Go to dimension (nether, end, twilight forest, ..)
  3. Place loader (make sure with /chunkloaders that it is properly doing its job)
  4. Stop server
  5. Start server (there shouldn't be any more world leakage)

My guess is that when a world unloads some mod does not properly do so and keeps a reference to the old world. Then, after loading the world again, there are two versions. Placing items (only really seen it with chunk loading blocks) crashes the client and freaks the server out, which results in regenerated chunks. Again, all my speculation, based on the post by Nallar I quoted above.

      Hey i have been using technic launcher for sometime and i have never encountered this problem at all but today when i logged in i can't start the launcher and it keeps getting stuck on {grabbing net.minecraft:launcherwrapper} i have reinstalled the launcher i have restart and reset my pc and nothing seems to work any help to fix this ?

      So basically, I am running into really strange rendering issues such as in the video i linked below

      This is one of many cases I have had of this specific render error, I have had these appear randomly across the map both moving and static. Also many chests render invisible at some times and mobs can become a combination of different textures such as in the photo i attatched with the alchemy chest. The textures also sometimes change while playing, normally when i cross chunks.
      Also typing commands, softlocks the game inside the chatbar only way to make it close is by minimizing the game and maximizing it again or when your player get pushed or teleported..
      I also would like to point out that this issue does not appear in other modpacks than classic.
      Tried both openjdk 7 and openjdk 8, both got the same issues but with jdk7 the effects are not as bad.
      Someone got the fix for this or know where to start looking?
       
      OS Manjaro Linux, latest build with KDE.

      When i start my modpack it starts vanilla minecraft without any mods

      I updated a modpack last night and lost everything. Most of the mods that were in the pack I use all the time and they were removed. I tried to reinstall them, got Needs Newest Forge Update, tried to install that and nothing. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the modpack several times. When I load the game it just loads the vanilla version. I asked for help in their Discord but there was nothing that they could really do. I've tried a few modpacks and they all load just fine. Is there a away to fix this?

      Howdy, I'm trying to set up a dumb little modpack for me to screw around with using the technic launcher, mostly so I can still use client-side mods on my main client without having to switch the mod folders constantly. Anyways, as the title suggests, it's opening up in vanilla. I understand this is a relatively common issue, and have spent the last 2 or more hours looking at other members' help requests to little avail. As far as I can tell, everything has been done correctly.

      The modpack is unceremoniously called Dat Survivor Boi, since Survivor was taken and I didn't feel like making something serious, as this was supposed to be a relatively private thing at first. Any help would be appreciated. I suspect it might have something to do with "coremods", but I haven't really screwed around with mods later than 1.7.10 before, so I am very unfamiliar with it. It's never been an issue in my past, and I'm doubtful it is now, but that's the only thing I can tell could be wrong.
