non of the modpacks open

when i try to load any modpacks the launcher just downloads some stuff and then colses and a second later it reopens

Please download this file, then RightClick->Run as Administrator. This should clear Java Settings that are being stored in your OS, which interfere with Technic. This script was written by the Moderator Khio, and can be trusted. http://iamtrue.net/clearJavaEnvVars.bat

I am having the same problem as OP is/was having, I ran the file but it did not fix the problem.

Then you did not have the same problem as OP had. "None of the modpacks open" is not only caused by this problem, but please make a seperate thread (your own) about this, including your log.
