I was looking at past forum help things and you always refer to making config files, how does someone make config files? Any tips or videos I should watch to learn config design or how to make configs work? Thank you

I would recommend building and testing your pack in a development environment like the BareBonesPack. The configs will get generated automatically and you can alter them as necessary before including them in your modpack archive.
