All you need to do is message or post a mod list with all the mods you'd like to be in it, and I'll make one for you! I won't be making modpacks that are just an idea though, I need a mod list. Sorry. I'll only work on two at a time, but you can submit more than 2 and I'll get to them ASAP. Sometimes I'll close submission if I'm overwhelmed with requests, but I'll most likely open submission again at some point. Currently working on: None! (Yes, I'm aware of the other topic that does exactly the same thing. Rollercoaster mod, a lot of animals, decorative things, lotta foods, etc. Maybe custom NPCs for employees and mascots. Think you can manage that?
