B-team won't start

I installed B-team pack,
I click play and then it shows me that I need 2 GB ram and that I am using 1 GB ram
I am not using 1 GB ram, I am using 16 GB ram so why is that?

You need 64 bit Java, and you need to allocate 2-3GB to the launcher, by clicking the cog wheel in the top right. 

pastebin a log if you still have trouble.
