Screen Issues

So i downloaded Technic Launcher because i wanted to play Dragon Block Apollo server. When i downloaded the modpack i joined the server and everything looked fine until i held an item or pressed keyboards like f1 or f5 then my screen turned into a one color and green blocks appeared. And i can't play normally because of this problem.

Minecraft versions up to 1.7.10 are affected by this.
