And seriously man, I can understand not being able to afford Minecraft, the only reason I have it is because it was gifted to me by a friend, but demanding people make provisions for the fact that you've had to pirate it isn't cool, and it really isn't all that difficult to install the mods manually. Failing that, you could just go and look for other modpacks, there's plenty that can be installed easily.

Agreed. I got mine from a friend. Thank Notch for getting married. Without the promotion I wouldn't be here now. Like a lot of people said, go make your own technic pack with offline installation then. Anyway, posting here in such a ridiculously open space will get you banned. It's like yelling "WE SHOULD BE GIVEN PERMISSION TO ROB BANKS" in open daylight. This campaign seems to go nowhere.

But as someone said further up, you shouldn't even be playing minecraft without buying it so why do you think the team will waste time modifying the launcher so people who haven't payed would be able to play!

It's like demanding a product from a store for free (LITERALLY). Eg: I walk into an apple store and demand they give me the newest iPad; of course they'll just hand it over.

In reply to OP, If they do make an offline version they could get into legal trouble and get shut down, so, if they do say goodbye to Tekkit/Technic. Its not that hard to install it manually, it only takes a few minutes if you know, if you don't, max time would be ten minutes, so would you rather wait a few days for them to make an offline or work for 10 mins on installing the mods?
