One thing you could bring in from tekkit classic/lite to tekkit and why?

Oh god I'd love to have support frames in tekkit.

One... retractable space bridges.

Two... top silo door for rockets.

Three... makeshift turbolifts for space stations

I really, really miss UU-matter. More than the faster machines or convenient power, that's what I miss most from IC2. Minium stones can only do so much, at least until EE3 is updated *fingers crossed*

1. Redpower Frames

2. EE2 Mercurial Eye. Made redecorating your place so much easier. I wouldn't mind a significantly nerfed version that forces you to keep the materials in your inventory, since MFR allows you to pretty much automate everything.

That's it pretty much. EE3 still feels too pointless at the moment for me except for the occasional transmutation. It hasn't developed in any meaningful way since its first inclusion.

EE3 is working closer to what it is going to be, been checking on Pahamar's(I probably spelled his name wrong...) progress and he's currently doing further work on the EMC system. EMC is the key to transmuting materials and storing that "energy" for use later. It determines the begining and final cost of every item included in it's list.

Yeah, UU-matter was fun.

1. Power tools. (Other than Sci-fi robot hands, which oddly enough don't really appeal to me.)

2. Standardized, tiered armor.

3. Redpower tubes.

4. Barrels.

Redpower's tubes. Sadly, they seem to be the only thing that no one is trying to recreate. I guess people are happy with Buildcraft pipes, but it really doesn't give me the level of control over item routing that I like. I know, Applied Energistics or Logistics Pipes, but they're just not the same.

1. Thats weird, A LINK TO GOOGLE SEARCH "SAFARI"........ Don't know what happened there. 2.If you wanted to spawn stuff in then you have to CHEAT where as using the safari net saves you having to cheat.

Frames defiantly have uses all there own. My understanding is that frames don't necessary play nice, without lots of fixes, in mod-packs though. I am no modder but I heard someone once say that 'they break everything'.

I could defiantly imagine a crash happening mixing frames with the new quantum craft.

Does anyone know how to operate a "Sorting machine" If you do could you explain to me please.

It depends what you mean by 'sorting machine'. If you mean a sorting machine like those that have been built by Duncan of the yogscast, you can't build those in this Tekkit, as they are Redpower 2 based.

I would recommend logistics pipes to accomplish something similar in tekkit. Also Applied energistics makes it so you never have to sort again, although I don't really like that mod myself.

I use diamond pipes to sort what comes out of my quarry. I don't auto sort anything else, I just put stuff from my inventory into the correct chest.

Connect any number of DSU's to individual storage buses set to only accept one type of item (DSU's can only take one type of item) and give them a priority of 64. Then attach an precision export bus set to always active and stack pull to an ender chest. You can then use pouch ender pouch to send stuff to sorting if you want. Attach an Item tesseract to the ender chest set to receive only and anything sent to that tesseract will then sent into the chest and from there your ME network. Voila, instant and (relatively) painless sorting of items.

Probably Wires (Tekkit Classic) Easy to place and separate, I miss the Solar Panels as well but most of of my favourite stuff is still in Tekkit.

Only thing I miss is Industrial Information Panels. I hate having signs everywhere and having a separate computer/monitor for each sign or a lot of wiring for networked monitors is annoying.
