None of them, you require MCPC+ to install bukkit plugins

i have MCPC+  575dff4 (1.4.7) r1.1 snapshot.

1. Use MCPC+ build: mcpc-plus-legacy-1.4.7-R1.1-SNAPSHOT-f534-L70.jar

2. The last version of Factions to explicitly state support for 1.4.7 was Factions 1.6.9.4

 

How well Factions protects blocks/machine from mods is unknown to me.
