Trouble connecting to minecraft.net?

I have good internet, I have re installed the technic launcher many times, and i even restarted my computer, a lot. Whenever i try to log into standard minecraft or the technic launcher, i always get a popup that says "Cant connect to minecraft.net"

Any suggestions on what i should do? Any and all help is appreciated
