Any advice for MineFactory Reloaded?

I was wondering what transport pipes I should use for the blocks from the MineFactory Reloaded mod. I've been messing around with different pipes but I couldn't find any that worked reliably.

I use the thermal expansion pipes for all the machines

I use both the impulse itemducts from thermal expansion for just outputing items(like from mob spawner)and the item pipe from project red for inputing because of the stock keep option
