Dat1Guy25 Posted May 29, 2014 Posted May 29, 2014 (edited) I am trying to make a custom modpack, and when I add in industrial-craft-2.2.0.289-experimental.jar, it gets stuck on the Mojang Screen. This is a 1.6.4 modpack btw! When I take ic2 out, everything goes fine. I have researched this and see that it is about an ID Conflict, although I have compared all the .cfg and .conf files and none of them have any conflicts. I have waited up to 20 mins for it to work, and it has been stuck on the Mojang Screen the whole time. Hope you guys can figure this out. Thanks. Discord Moderator plowmanplow Posted May 29, 2014 Discord Moderator Posted May 29, 2014 (edited) You have too much stuff in the bin folder. It should only contain modpack.jar. You should not be including the cache folder (which looks like my BareBonesPack, giggity) You have included an old version of IC2 with known problems. You need to use Build #397. If you are going to include IC2 I highly recommend looking over this post: Edit your IC2 config file and change all the block IDs that start with 40 (i.e. 4001) and make them start with 35 (i.e. 3501). Edit your IC2 config file and change all the item IDs that start with 29 (i.e. 29932) and make them start with 28 (i.e. 28932). You have a Flan's mod ID conflict which will require you to edit the configs inside the weapons pack ZIP archives. Edited May 29, 2014 by plowmanplow Quote
Dat1Guy25 Posted May 29, 2014 Author Posted May 29, 2014 #1: Yes, that downloaded when I started the pack, removed. #2: Strange how something like that works eh? Removed. (: #3: I will try this and get back to you. UPDATE: Tried this too, and it did not work. Error Report Below: http://pastebin.com/iy1zwMBQ Quote
Discord Moderator plowmanplow Posted May 29, 2014 Discord Moderator Posted May 29, 2014 It won't work unless you do #4 and #5. (and you probably want to address #6 as well) Quote
