Keep getting error while installing UMS.

First off, I'll start off by saying there's no current forum for UMS(Ultra Modded Survival) so I have no idea where to go with my claim. That being said, I donwnloaded UMS awhile back and played it with a friend. Needless to say, it worked fine. However, I just tried to install an update and the error Failed to download http://copy.com/83aEqKfLpoX9/modepack.zip?download=9 keeps comming up. I put this into the browser and this came up: {"result":"error","error_code":"1048","error_string":"Link '83aEqKfLpoX9' has been flagged as abuse"}. I then tried google and it didn't match any documents. I'm clueless as to what to do and need help. If i try to not update the modpack and just go straight to the game, then it says only 3 mods are downloaded and it won;t let me join any servers. If you're knowledgeable on this subject or have gotten the same error, please feel free to comment and let me know what's up. Thankyou for your time. -Etrac

Going to be up to the author to fix that. The link the pack used for the download location has been nixed by copy.com.
