Aether in the technic launcher

Hey technic/tekkit team, i know you are very busy with stuff but could you please put the aether onto the technic launcher , and can it have rei's minimap if compatible. Thank you.

Personally don't think Aether has enough content to justify being supported as a full pack, and it's too incompatible to work with the rest of the pack.

Although I admit it would be awesome if the Aether mod was in the launcher, I also agree with Jakj, it isn't really a fantastic mod, it would probably come after Plenty of other different modpacks or mods. I do think it may eventually be in the launcher, though, how long it takes to get in there is the question.

No, I don't think so. I personally expect that eventually, as Modloader and Forge continue to expand, it will eventually be compatible enough to be included as a normal mod.

That's assuming it actually gets updated again (it's still at MC 1.0, and I think the creator(s) is/are MIA).

It was sort of an interesting mod, but it made almost every single vanilla item completely useless once you actually got to the Aether, which seems kind of... "meh".

Go and have a look at what the Magic launcher guys have done, that's a nice piece of work.

But yes, Aether is a bit of a silly mod.

Overworld tools don't work in it, and everything kills you.

The new definition of fun.
