Enhanced portals

Hello! First off, I need to tell you, that my english isn't the best so excuse me if I make any grammar mistakes. So, I have a problem. I need to install enhanced portals on my hexxit server. I know you have to have it on your client and server but I don't know how to install it on my client or server. I need help with the folders. I don't know where to put the .jar files. Please help I think it's a launcher problem.

Mods are installed on the server in the same way as the client. Whatever you do to install the client, repeat that process on the server.

that's the problem, I don't know what folder to put the mod in.

In Forge/MC 1.6+ all mods go in the "mods" folder.

yeah, I know, I tried it, I  put enhanced portals mod file and enhanced portals core file in the mods folder. when I launched the game, it crashed. and hexxit is 1.5.2 so it can't be forge 1.6+. correct me if I'm wrong

I would HIGHLY recommend you start from the updated Hexxit beta which is 1.6.4. Making a 1.5.2 pack is an exercise in frustration at this point.
