Deleting Meta-Inf?

Alright I'm making a pack to distribute, but I need to delete META-INF from minecraft.jar. The mod does NOT use forge, so that isn't an option. (forge actually breaks the mod). Please tell me how I can distribute the mod with META-INF deleted via the Technic Launcher. Any help is appreciated!!!

If You Use Java 8u20 or Higher and Minecraft 1.6.4 You Need to Patch it first ant Delete Meta-fin

@Chrisvin, you'll be surprised how many times Java 8u20 or newer is actually the issue.

 

@Omega212 - What mod(s), pray tell, are you attempting to install that requires it to be directly installed to the minecraft jar...
