  1. Really? A bump? Let alone after only an hour? It almost makes me not want to help you. This board doesn't move fast enough to need bumps. Your error says the problem is in your NEI.cfg file. Delete that, or otherwise edit it to remove some of the custom configuration stuff, and don't use it unless you know what you're doing.
  2. You do realize what happens when you type "sir.sengir" without the period, right? Fanbois need not apply. If you were following the forestry hoo-ha, I believe permission was asked after the fact and refused. But we don't really need to re-hash this, do we?
  3. I'd be careful around here with saying you've "tried everything." Anyway, have you opped [buildCraft]?
  4. A multiplayer version of a CTM map like the Super Hostile series, but designed for Tekkit, would be pretty cool. I'm not sure a race for the wool map would go over well with my uncompetitive group of friends, though.
  5. If you're using the batch file that's included with the server file package, change the parts of the line referring to memory (2G and 3G for min and max, I think) to something higher.
  6. This is almost always caused by having an outdated version of OptiFine, or one that's causing glitches. Download the version of OptiFine Standard for Minecraft 1.2.5, and drop it in your modpack.jar in the .techniclauncher\tekkit\bin folder.
  7. System path - Java. Look it up.
  8. Tin engines, or electric engines, were a part of Forestry. You will have to do without them, as Forestry is no longer in Tekkit. There are well-stated reasons - feel free to search for them if you wish. Also, don't sign your posts. We can see your name 2 inches away.
  9. That's the Java error log. We need the launcher or server log. It just looks like your server doesn't have enough RAM dedicated to it to me.
  10. It's a worldedit command that poofs all the items on the ground - that's all. The -1 is infinite distance (loaded chunks only ofc), or you can replace it with a distance from you.
  11. That probably means the items disappeared on their own. Items dropped on the ground vanish after 5 minutes. It's just that most of the time a quarry-dumped area will slow the server tick rate down so much that it's a lot longer than 5 minutes real-time before the items actually vanish.
  12. Yes, add yourself to the ops.txt file, or type "op [your_user_name]" in the console window.
  13. /remove items -1 Type that in the game, when the chunks are loaded.
  14. I'm quite calm. They're still editing the source code. Nothing good ever seems to come from doing stuff like that. Also, since you have the mods after the launcher downloaded them, why can't you just perform this very simple operation?
  15. Way to overgeneralize. Some people think that not needing to mine in Minecraft kind of ruins part of the point of the game.
  16. Fill out a bug report with the proper format and information like everyone else?
  17. Fill out a bug report. It makes life easier for troubleshooters.
  18. No. Well, it's possible, but only if her Java bit version doesn't match her OS bit version. Just get the client-side launcher log, and see if we can figure out what's going on. Or, you know, have her get on here and troubleshoot herself. That works too.
  19. Bug report format? Launcher log? No? Go back and read the stickies.
  20. That just means that's all it was using. We need a launcher log and a bit of other information (follow the bug report format) to troubleshoot.
  21. Check your subset lists to see if anything is turned off. (Click subsets at the top, if anything is dark left-click it.)
  22. Moving liquids around with BuildCraft is hard on the server and connection. That's just how it is, so unless you have a decent upload/download speed on the server, I wouldn't try to connect with a slow connection.
  23. Use this from in-game: /op [buildCraft]
  24. Perhaps you could...search for this error on the forums. java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: ic2.api.CropCard.registerBaseSeed(Laan;IIIII)Z You would find amazing things!
  25. Please see this thread. The answer is not as simple as it might seem.
