Well for only mining 4 obsidian and 5 glass panes it is cheaper then the thermal expansion tanks

Wab is right open blocks are cheaper but for the 64 tank it takes a lot from tin to invar to hardend glass to enderium

When the mod pack updates it removed the part that steam turbines work on water you better off on using a steam dynamo and a lumber axe and a hopper

Just don't use the tinkers table for redstone it glitches out it is better if you use it for lapiz
