    You normally don't fill that field out, it is only to bind it to a specific IP As long has you have port forwarded correctly (google) people can connect to the server via your external IP

    Capacha for first post should sort most of the issues, when I was running my server and getting 500 unique impressions a month I got a ton of spam until I used Sweet Capacha (afterwards 0).
