Sounds like you are bleeding memory, if you are on a laptop I would pin it to your gfx drivers

So why did you have two servers with the same pack? Unless you are splitting up the load across multiple machines I don't see the point.

Not Thaumcraft 4 that is 1.6 only Thaumcraft 3 however is a different story

Minecraft mods are version dependent(with very few exceptions), it it doesn't exist for that version you are sol.

Use MCPC+ for pluggins and pastebin.com your code.

If they are the same mods and cfgs then there is nothing extra to do

I don't know where you got the idea that we are using forge essentials from. We use MCPC+ for bukkit plugins.
