Replace your minecraft_server.jar with a stable build of MCPC+ that is the same forge build as your current server (logs will tell you).

Switch to 64 bit you are trying to allocate more RAM than what is possible with 32 bit. Or change the servers RAM from 3G and 2G to 1G and 512M
