This is not a modpack problem, it's a Launcher problem. There is a cog button on the top right corner, right next to the red exit button, click on it. You will now see how much memory you have allocated to the modpack. How much RAM do you have on your PC? And do you have 32 or 64 OS? If you have 64 you can push the memory to 2GB. If you have 32 your limit is 1GB.

Is this only on Technic Launcher? Have you tried the vanilla launcher, provided by Mojang? CAPS LOCK IS QUITE UNECESSARY, unless you want us to believe you are shouting at your screen

Right click the launcher and choose "Run as admin". This is also mentioned on Common Problems sticky.

Do you have the latest update to your java 7? Have you tried disabling your antivirus? Norton is notorious for screwing with Technic Launcher. If those 2 options doesn't work... Delete the .technic folder - Remember to backup your saves! - and the launcher will redownload everything, try again.

You find the guy who uploaded that modpack, contact him and ask about the error you are receiving. Google is your friend Technic staff is not responsible for a custom made modpack, so your best chance is to ask the modpack creator.

Find the crash log and include it in the Error log.

Did you get past the Mojang window, or did you even get to it? If you never got to the Mojang screen, please submit a proper bug report HERE. If you got past the Mojang screen and managed to get to minecraft's main menu and then crashed, submit a report in that modpacks (Tekkit, Tekkit Classic, Voltz) bug sections.

You should give us the link to that modpack so we can try to find what's wrong. Please take some time to read the forums rules as well.

Try running Mojang's launcher, if the same error comes up there is something wrong on Mojangs end. If you do get in then it might be wrong with the Technic launcher. Deleting .technic folder and click the launcher will make it redownload everything, either option might solve it.

Then include it... It isn't really that hard. There might be an item ID conflict but you can change that on the config.
