Why are you asking this in platform section? This is the section where people can ask how to maintain their custom modpacks. Personally, I think that mod looks godawful! Minecraft is pixelated enough. Putting a lego-like bricks in there makes it look silly. I dunno about Technic staff, but you can certainly add that mod in your modpack (Tekkit or your own custom modpack) if you so desire. As long as you fix any block and item ID's there should probably not be any crashes or errors.

Do you realize how many packs there are? Thousands is not even close... Tens of thousands or hundred of thousands is a more realistic number. Even if you have the time to look them over and report them, the forum mods don't have that kind of time to go over the list and delete delete warn delete delete warn and so forth... We would burn out our forum mods quicker than you can say "Swede sweat sweet sweep".

A simple google click found me a youtube video, but I refuse to link it here. The author has it behind adfly links, which is pathetic for a modpack creator. Also, the video shows the MC version beta 1.2... What kind of outdated modpack are you looking for, exactly? A search on the platform is way too tedious, if your search word includes "modpack" you will get thousands of sloppy and incomplete packs and leftovers that nobody seems to care about. Good luck on your search! Note. Millenaire is cool, but I have found it causes much unneeded lag on my pc. If you have a beast of a pc, then ignore this line.

I'm not sure what you mean. "ins on the head"? Is it upside down? Try clicking on F11, that will switch to fullscreen. If that doesn't help, then you need to add more info. There is a language button for minecraft, easily switchable when you are on the minecraft main menu.

Try right-clicking on your Technic and choose "Run as administrator". Putting Technic as an exception for the antivirus might not always help, try instead disabling or uninstalling your antivirus. What antivirus do you have? Avast and Microsoft Security Essentials are free-to-download and doesn't mess with Technic Launcher

Please read the rules, double and triple-posting are frowned upon by moderators. And your problem is not with the modpack(s), it has something to do with LWJGL (java) and mac. Read this thread on Solution 2.

Please post your current java version. The temporary solution could be to switch to fullscreen. As it stands, the problem is NOT technic modpack-related. It is Mac and java that causes this. How and why is beyond me... Edit! I found a fix! Linky linky!

Tekkit Dicussion section is for discussing about Tekkit. Not custom modpacks, those are reserved for Platform Pagoda To answer your question: how can we answer this, when you give us no information of what this modpack is? A link to that modpack (preferably a new thread on the Platform Pagoda section) so other users can try it out will help a lot. Or a list of the mods, you probably just have a few mods that collide with each other. Like item/block ID's that have the same number. Also, I have been able to make optifine work with hexxit in the past. This video helped me, try it out.

What is the problem, you didn't even post an error here? Please edit your post and be more descriptive. What did the actual error say? Is there an error log? Post it. Also, Java 1.3.1? Update it.

Sorry for busting your balls here mate, but gaming laptops are never a bad idea. Ipod probably is. Try installing skyrim on a ipod/ipad. Or minecraft. I hear they have Ping pong and snake on ipod, though. I like the snake game.... how much fruit can that thing really eat? Secondly, gaming laptops are lightweights. Try carrying a desktop (the monitor and tower) as handluggage on the airplane. Try it... You don't want to slip such expensive shit on the cargo, I had a 2000euro bike once on cargo. It got buttfucked... Thirdly, if you are a constant mover (I've moved to 2 different countries on the span of 3 years) and don't own a car, a laptop is a more convenient option. Fourthly, a console? Yeah.... enjoy playing vanilla games. You are stuck with that. No mod support. And console gets much less support and game updates. Compare the PS3 Skyrim update with the PC updates. That's of course a very narrow mindset I have, comparing only 1 game. But I haven't heard console exclusive games being super awesome... And I did buy Dragon Dogma for my brother's PS3... good game. Although it could use some modding... Now, I'm not saying you are completely wrong. A desktop gives you more for the dough you spend on it. But if you are a traveling man, don't own a car, you might want to lean on a laptop. Alienware is all bling and low effort. Asus are great! I've own 2 and never regretted it!

Also OP, you aren't listing your Java version, you're listing your Technic Launcher version and minecraft version. Change it Same thing with your OS, unless someone here owns the "newest one", it's impossible to tell what Mac OS is the new one...

That's the wrong account. You have to use the Mojang account, the one you got after buying the game Minecraft. Technic is not the game, it's just a modpack. The launcher goes through Mojang server to check if your Mojang account exist. If it does, and you have bought the game, then you can try using the email on the username field. Check with Mojang Customer support for more details.

That's not how it works. Technic homepage can be down due to popularity. (Hexxit = open floodgate!) Technic Launcher can be down due to Mojang screwups, since the Technic launcher goes through Mojang's server to play the game. I would recommend looking at Mojang's page, they have been down from time to time. Also, there is no SSP or SMP. Minecraft is online now.
