Try using a poppet shelf to load the chunk in the other dimension. That is the only way I can think of to allow this. If at all possible with a block teleporter.

I use the 128x Sphax pack and it takes me about 2 to 5 minutes to load in.

With minions I have learned to take this precaution: Create a poppet shelf and place it next to the chest (Which I place right next where they are mining or chopping wood.) you have told the minions to place items in. They will always unload their stuff directly into a chest this way and you may even go to another dimension (In my case Tropicraft).

@Kalbintion I just watched your video and you have solved my problem. Great Job! Do you still have those dynamos set up? You should check and see if we can transfer over 60k RF/t (Well 50k RF/t because you only did 5 input connections) through a tesseract. This set up would give us the max input output possible right? So we would be hitting TE maxes here?!
