  1. Like I imagine a temple with channels on the floor then you walk in and trigger a signal and the floor gets filled with lava. As you stand there in awe you see the floor get filled with lava.
  2. I thought about having a smelter under them, then let's say...I don't know....an earthquake happens and the floor collapses... xD I want to keep the villagers reproducing though and I don't want to have to use safari nets over and over to smelt and repopulate. I also don't want to smelt the babies.
  3. I don't think I am exploiting a bug. I want to make sure I am producing the maximum amount of energy possible with the current set up.
  4. I didn't mean to confuse you. I re-edited my post. But I believe they will: Spawn there like they are mob spawner blocks. Spawn while you are away.
  5. This is my mob spawner. I just realized I could remove one of the "water channels" (they have conveyers) and have 2 walls with fans but.... One of the fans is on a double block so I have to run red alloy wire on the outside wall to give my fan signal. I don't really mind it but I am certain there has to be a way to keep all the redstone tucked away. In the second picture the fan 8 and fan 9 don't get powered from the bottom because they are on a double block. The only way I can give them power is by running the wire like the first picture shows.
  6. Is my energy cell receiving more energy now because of my set up? I have it attached to a lava fabricator, if I were to attach 3 energy cell outputs to 3 lava fabricator inputs would the fabricator accept more energy?
  7. I got an infinite villager spawner going and well it is working with grand success. SOOOOO! I got all these villagers in this little square and I don't know what to do with all of them....except I know I want to SMELT THEM!!! (Trigger Lightning and Evil Laugh) My challenge to you is: How would you move them to a smelter?! Anything Goes! Will you be super elaborate or technically simple?! Share with me your ideas! Here is a screenshot of my layout:
  8. I use fluiducts but for some reason casting channels just appeal to me more. I think its the dark texture with the flowing fluid that draws my attention. For example imagine a room with these casting channels encircling it.
  9. HnVx Legacy have you tried that setup you are talking about or are you only speculating? Because if you have tried then I would like to see it. In 1.09c I was able to use Casting Channels to channel lava around but never figured out how to use them for anything else. They seemed like built in Fluiducts for me. If you have tried that set up can you take some pictures or make video? I have demolished my tinkers construct and I don't plan on rebuilding it any time soon, but I will try using casting channels with faucets above them.
  10. I know if you have junction pipes in the wrong area the items will bounce away when they get there instead of continue going through.
  11. @Targren You don't have to be there for them to spawn.
  12. I was wondering how you hid the glass. I thought you used a carpenters door with glass on it. You can make something called a "hidden lever" and all you need to do is click the block.
  13. Make a redstone furnace if you don't want to burn through charcoal/coal.
  14. I just right click and I have an option to unzip to my current folder, but I saw someone else do that the other day and it didn't look hard. It is working right now none the less and I am not straining on hard drive space so if it becomes an issue I now know how to rectify it.
  15. I never knew that... I don't play vanilla last thing I played was Alpha.
  16. Make sure you are using the pipes correctly. Because one little thing will cause the system to bug.
  17. It cooks one item then you have to remove it. The update messed it up. Also it crashes if you shift click to take items out of it.
  18. There's a post about this already. I don't remember if it is in the tracker.
  19. I use 7 zip but I couldn't figure out how to do it. Maybe someone more skilled than me can explain how, but it is working with just the folder.
  20. Do mobs that are wider than one block still fall through?
  21. I can confirm that on my survival single player I do not need to have poppet shelves on every machine on the moon. I only need to have a poppet shelf loading my oxygen sealers.
