The reason it downloads as a zip is because Internet Exploder doesn't read the header files of things it downloads. It just sees Jar files as generic archives and downloads them as such, instead of downloading them as executable java archives as it should. It's nothing to do with the site.

Actually, plastic would be pretty sweet, and a nice use for all the fuckloads of oil you never use. Plastic can be used to insulate wires, and would be perfectly adequte for pipe waterproofing. You could also use it as a glass substitute, and there's probably a bunch of other applications you could use plastic for.
