    Are the animations going to be awesome like thaumcraft's? I suggest some kind of chest with an animated purple vortex inside of it that has somewhere near infinite storage and functions like an ender chest. It should have a wizard pouch somewhere in the recipe.

    No... A separate modpack that removes the cons from both packs but has pretty much the same mods, like more addons for major mods in general.

    The only thing I can think of: A third "perfect" pack that supports both FTB and Technic that is designed to mirror both of them, but remove ALL of the cons.
