Have you tried updating your java and reinstalling the Technic launcher? Also, the Operating System field is actually meant to contain your operating system(EG Windows 8, Fedora etc.), not system specs. It's probably in there somewhere, but I'll just hope that it's irrelevant for now.

If you type "Version" into the console, I think it comes up with the Bukkit version. There's definitely a Bukkit built-in command for it.

Then it's probably incompatible, and you probably overwrote something important in a mod. Either that, or you forgot to take it out of the Minecraft.jar. The modpack.jar is the only place to put it, you can't put it into the minecraft.jar.

The Taint blocks WILL spread to adjacent blocks, and if you manage to concentrate enough taint at once, you can create taint blocks without much atmospheric taint. However, blocking the taint blocks is only a temporary fix, and will only stop the surface infection. The tainted land may boost taint more, but without it Taint can still spread to surrounding chunks.

Nope, the HD player mod isn't in Tekkit. You could try Downloading it yourself.

Clear the Cache in the Launcher options, and re-run.

You're using the wrong build. This message only comes up if you're not running the right version of Tekkit, so switch to the Dev build of Tekkit in the Launcher options.

None of those are actual problems. The CC ID problems auto resolves. The Forestry problem is Railcraft trying to interface with Forestry, which isn't there and so nothing happens. The Redpower problem is Railcraft being made for an earlier Forge version, it still works fine without any problems. The CraftBukkit problem is because Tekkit servers are called Tekkit.jar rather than Bukkit.jar again, not a problem. So none of these problems actually affect your server. ignore them all, your server will run fine(And already is, according to your log).

It's already been nerfed. Just in later versions of IC2, in MC 1.3.2 +.

Looking at the IC2 plugin, I'm pretty sure that the version of IC2 in Tekkit is currently incompatible with the NEI recipes. It won't be fixed, just learn the recipes off by heart! Simples! No, nobody will be fixing this unless the IC2 plugin gets fixed or I got the version numbers wrong when looking at it.

My Graphics card is a Nvidia GeForce540M, and I've applied it to Java so that it's actually used in Minecraft.

Options in the Launcher. Press "Clear Cache" and it should clear the folder and reconfigure everything.

You sure? Strange, Optifine seemed to ignore the second core and attempt to load chunks with nothing(Resulting in the landscape flashing on and off repeatedly). Looking at the Intel website, it would seem that I do have dual core, but I have no idea why my computer seems to not be using it.

The graphics card isn't bad. I think the core is an intel i5, according to a little sticker on my computer. For some reason, I haven't taken them off.
