Put the log in the code log instead, that cuts it down to a max size and is scrollable. Security Essentials isn't your problem, I use that too. Have you tried downloading a different version of Tekkit to see if that works? If it does, try 3.1.2 again.

Yeah, give the log file a go. It may be that your Antivirus is blocking the download, so what are you using?

It IS a Dev build. By the fact that you can log onto your server, it's obvious that you did get a mention, because you switched to the Development build of Tekkit. There won't be a patch, at least not for the version of Minecraft we run at the moment. Just use the IC2 wiki. It's caused by the IC2 crafting, I think it spammed the recipe list or something because ever level of charge for crafting gave a different level of charge for the crafted result.

You should check out some of the crop card collection in the Ic2 addon forums. They improve the number of crops drastically.

You may have to go further away. Nether Portals connect to nearby ready-made portals, and since a block in the nether is 8x the same distance in the over world, this can mean you have to go a long way.

It's the latest NEI being incompatible with IC2. There's no way to fix it, and no it's not broken. IC2 in later updates unfortunately made crafting recipe lists incompatible with its recipes. Just search them up.

Could be a problem with your download. Press Clear Cache in the options for the Launcher and redownload.

Not sure about the server jar, but your problem is probably that you forgot to install the jar mods, specifically Forge. It doesn't come in the mods folder, but it's extremely important.

Your client or server IDs are messed up, try redownloading both. You should be able to keep the world. Try redownloading the client first, since that's the one most likely to have gone wrong.

You have a better graphics card than me. You have more RAM than me. I get 100+ FPS. Hmmmm... A better solution to the problem would be to just set your graphics card so that Java actually uses it. It gives you a hell of a lot more improvement.

That would happen with any tools, probably. It happens to all tools for me sometimes anyway.

If it's an option, it will probably be added. The only reason Tekkit currently uses BC2 is because in 1.2.5 BC multiplayer was very buggy and not worth adding. I think it's already in the Dev build of Technic, which is(I think) replacing the Tekkit client.

Those commands should only return false if the movement is blocked or, if you're on 3.1.3, your turtle has no fuel.

Make sure you have the right version of Tekkit. 3.1.3 isn't the recommended build.

I know what the prize can be: cookies! Perhaps it could be a forum of people posting the challenges, and other people posting videos of them completing it as fast as they can. The person making the challenge would have to provide a video of themselves doing it too, of course, to prove it's possible. Then if the person doing the challenge gives up and asks how to do it, the post-maker would have to give them the video to prove it's possible. No idea for a real prize. Perhaps forum money, where you can hire a hitman(moderator) to assasinate(Keller) someone you hate >:3

Not sure about problem 1, but problem 2 seems to be Advanced Machines, which has caused a lot of problems with servers recently. You could try searching for a solution(there may be one I don't know of) or just remove the mod from your server.

That's the IC2 recipes, which they had a problem with or something. CT3 hit the same problem, I think. Even if you did get a recipe book the IC2 recipes would most likely still be broken.
